This plan concerns one last will and testament draft for one person. It does not combine multiple estate-planning documents or substitute for an attorney’s advice about which documents you need.
Review the scope, applicable taxes, separate services, and terms before any purchase. A preparation fee and the costs of properly executing or storing a document are different things.

Does the price cover a couple?
No. The $49 plan concerns one person’s will draft. Each person makes their own decisions and needs their own document; a second draft is outside this plan.
Is there a subscription?
The plan is priced at $49 once for one person’s draft preparation. It does not include an automatic-renewal membership.
Is the resulting draft guaranteed to be legally valid?
No. A price does not establish legal validity. Your circumstances, document content, and the applicable signing requirements all matter. Will Florida does not provide legal advice or an attorney's review as part of the preparation plan.
Is online signing included in $49?
No. The price covers draft preparation. Electronic signing, witnesses, notarization, and custody are separate services and are not provided by Will Florida.
Can I use a free template instead?

What if my circumstances are complicated?
