How Will Florida works
A conversation first. A document after you have checked your answers. The Will Florida approach breaks will preparation into understandable steps for Florida residents.

1. Check the supported scope
Start by reviewing the document scope and whether you need individual legal advice. A Florida focus does not mean every Florida resident's circumstances can be handled by the same questionnaire.
For example, questions about a spouse's rights, homestead property, trusts, or a beneficiary's public benefits may require advice that software cannot provide. Selecting a plan is not a legal eligibility assessment.

2. Create your account and answer questions
Register with an email address and confirm that you are 18 or older, live in Florida and agree to the service terms. Returning users can log in and continue their saved conversation.
The AI-assisted conversation collects the information needed for the supported will draft, explains the questions in plain language, and asks you to resolve missing or inconsistent answers.
You will make the choices. The tool is not intended to tell you who should inherit, recommend a legal strategy, or decide what is fair for your family. If an explanation leaves you uncertain about legal consequences, get advice from a licensed attorney before making that choice.
3. Review your information
Review the information and draft in the conversation. Ask the assistant to correct any answer that is wrong before requesting the PDF. There is no separate legal-review screen.
Checking that a name is spelled consistently or that you completed a question is different from checking legal sufficiency. Answer review will not certify capacity, assess a person's legal rights, or confirm that your choices will have the intended legal effect.
4. Save your draft PDF
After checking the draft, request the PDF in the chat and follow its protected download link. Set a service password if prompted so you can sign in again. The download screen explains any applicable payment conditions before you continue.
The $49 plan is for preparation of one downloadable last will and testament draft. Preparation and proper execution of the document remain separate responsibilities.
Do not sign a document you do not understand. A document can look complete while still containing an answer that is wrong, a choice you did not intend, or an issue that needs professional advice.
5. Follow the applicable signing process
The generated draft will still need the applicable execution steps. Florida distinguishes ordinary will execution from the requirements for electronic execution and remote witnessing. Florida Statutes §732.502 and §732.522.
The $49 plan covers draft preparation. Arrange signing, witnesses, notarization, and any applicable custody separately; Will Florida does not provide these services.
