Will Florida is a technology service focused on a practical problem: making the first steps of preparing a will easier to understand.
A blank document can make important decisions feel harder than they need to be. Our approach is a guided conversation that helps people organize their own answers, review them, and prepare a draft they can read and understand.
A focused first service
The preparation plan focuses on one last will and testament draft for Florida, at $49 for one person’s document. Its scope excludes individual legal advice and the separate signing process.
We are not offering a complete estate plan, a trust service, or legal representation. Those are different services with different responsibilities.
Technology with a defined role
Will Florida is not a law firm. We do not provide personal legal advice, decide how you should distribute property, or promise that a document will achieve a particular result.
The role of AI in our approach is to help collect and organize information. It can make mistakes, so review and clear limits matter. A question about what an answer means for your legal rights belongs with a licensed attorney.
Our approach is to distinguish three things plainly: the information you provide, the draft prepared from it, and the separate requirements for using that draft as a will.
Why begin with Florida?
A state-specific starting point lets us keep the educational material focused. It does not remove the need to consider individual circumstances or mean we already support every situation under Florida law.

A clear boundary around preparation
Preparing a draft and signing it properly are separate steps. Will Florida provides the draft-preparation service. Electronic signing, witnessing, notarization, and custody are not included in the preparation price.
